Product Description

The APS Open Transport Trolley for CSSD is designed for the safe and organized internal transportation and temporary storage of CSSD baskets, sterilization trays and surgical instrument trays within hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Manufactured completely from AISI 304 stainless steel (SS304), the trolley provides a durable and easy-to-clean construction suitable for demanding hospital and Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) environments.

The open design allows convenient access to baskets and trays during loading, unloading and internal transportation. The trolley is available in 2-shelf, 3-shelf and 4-shelf configurations, allowing healthcare facilities to select the appropriate shelf capacity according to their operational requirements.

The trolley features fixed-height, completely flat shelves supported by a robust 25 × 25 mm stainless steel square-tube frame. Approximately 300 mm spacing between shelves provides practical vertical storage space for CSSD baskets and trays.

For smooth movement, the trolley is equipped with four Ø100 mm swivel castors, including two braked castors for positioning and stability when stationary. Protective bumpers are fitted above the castors to help protect the trolley and surrounding walls during movement.

The APS Open Transport Trolley can also be adapted to specific customer requirements, and a push handle can be provided upon request.
