Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- All sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects or errors on our part, and within the 7-day timeframe.
- To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturing defect or error, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing detailed photographic or video evidence of the defect or error.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify the reported defect or error before authorizing a return.
- Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced):
Due to hygiene, safety, regulatory requirements, and the nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Sleep Apnea Masks (once opened)
- Medical consumables (e.g., Glucometer Lancets/Strips, Medical Dressings/Gloves, pH Test Strips, EEG paste, ECG, ECG gel paper, etc.)
- Personal care items
- Downloadable software products
- Online subscriptions after access
- Healthcare accessories
- Medical treatment and surgical instruments
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Any item that has been used, opened, or tampered with.
3. Refunds (if applicable):
- Refunds are only issued for items confirmed by us to have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, and within the 7-day timeframe.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 4 -7 business days.
- We reserve the right to provide store credit in lieu of a cash refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If you have not received a refund, please contact your bank and credit card company, as processing times vary.

- We reserve the right to repair the item instead of exchanging it.
7. Shipping Returns:
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
- For Heavy Shipping items like Hospital Furniture, all shipping costs (to and from) will be deducted from any potential refund.
