The APS Steam Sterilizer Horizontal Rectangular is a heavy-duty horizontal autoclave available in 200 to 800 litre capacities, designed for larger-scale steam sterilization applications in hospitals, laboratories and institutional facilities.
The range can be configured with fully automatic PID or PLC-based control, touchscreen HMI, automatic water feeding, digital chamber-pressure monitoring, double-door loading/unloading, stainless-steel trolleys and carriages, and optional vacuum systems for enhanced drying performance.
The sterilizer is specified for operation at 121°C with a working pressure of 1.2 kg/cm² (15–18 psi) and an operating pressure range of 10–22 psi. The system can optionally be upgraded to 134°C and 30–32 psi sterilizing pressure.

Fully Automatic PID Control
The optional PID controller-based configuration uses an advanced controller to operate the electronic solenoid valve in place of the manual multiport valve.
