The Meditric DSWFS-4 Dual Sensor Radiant Heat Warmer is a microprocessor-based radiant baby warmer designed for thermal support and temperature management of neonatal patients and newborn infants in NICUs, neonatal units, nurseries and hospitals.

Also commonly known as a radiant baby warmer or baby warmer, the Meditric DSWFS-4 features dual sensor skin and air servo temperature control, allowing the operator to select the appropriate temperature control mode according to clinical requirements.

The DSWFS-4 is equipped with a 600W ceramic/quartz heating element with adjustable heater output from 0% to 100% in 10% intervals. The system provides a specified skin temperature setting range of 32°C to 37°C and an air temperature setting range of 28°C to 40°C.

For temperature monitoring, the warmer includes a PT 100 temperature probe. An audio and visual alarm system provides alerts for conditions including power failure, high temperature, low temperature and sensor failure, with an optional heater-failure alarm.
