The Portable Vertical Autoclave Aluminium is a lightweight, manually operated steam sterilization unit designed for portability and straightforward operation. Its seamless aluminium body and lid help reduce overall weight, while the wing-nut closure system provides a manual method of securing the pressure chamber.
The autoclave incorporates a pressure gauge rated up to 20 psi, a dead-weight safety valve, and a steam-release valve for pressure and steam management during the sterilization cycle. An internal tripod stand keeps the items being sterilized above the water level inside the chamber.
The series is available in 22-litre and 28-litre capacities.
