Medisys Neocare Neonatal Ventilator

The Refurbished Medisys Neocare Neonatal Ventilator is a micro-controller-based, continuous-flow mechanical ventilator designed specifically for neonatal, infant, and pediatric patients. It incorporates both pressure-limiting and volume-limiting mechanisms to help protect fragile lungs from excessive airway pressure and delivered volume.

The Neocare provides a tidal-volume range of 6–300 mL, flow from 2–25 L/min, and respiratory rates from 1–150 breaths per minute, making it suitable for ventilation across a broad range of neonatal and pediatric requirements.

A 12.1-inch graphical LCD provides simultaneous visualization of pressure and flow curves. The ventilator also incorporates apnea backup ventilation, sensitive proximal flow and pressure triggering, and a servo-controlled oxygen blender with automatic sensor calibration and closed-loop feedback for controlled FiO₂ delivery.

The compact core ventilator module weighs approximately 8.2 kg and operates from 220–240 VAC, with an approximately 3-hour built-in battery backup.

Pressure & Volume Limiting
