The pump automatically detects the syringe size and supports standard 5 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml, and 60 ml syringes. Multiple infusion modes, including flow-rate, time-based, and body-weight-based operation, provide flexibility for different clinical requirements.
The Nidek Luna Syringe Pump also includes a drug library, bolus function, automatic anti-bolus protection, adjustable occlusion pressure, KVO functionality, internal memory, and audio-visual alarms. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 6 hours of backup, supporting continued operation during power interruptions.
